Benefits of taking vitamin E
- Skin condition is improved!
- Nails are nigh indestructible, as opposed to to their tissue paper status when not taking it!
- Hair grows thicker and more abundant and scalp behaves better!
- Fewer digestive issues!
- My PMS is pretty mild compared to a lot of the horror stories I’ve heard, but when taking it its like any other day! (reports are severe PMS is dulled to better than normal so yay for them too!)
